So at my gym there's a scale that can measure your body fat. I stepped on the scale and it said I weighed 95. Then once the trainer typed in all the info for my body fat it said I weighed 92? So is 92 pounds my real weight because all along I thought I was 95!
Does the body fat measurement take your weight and decrease water weight or something?
