Just Wondering

Hi I'm new to this board. I've been lurking for about a week. I have to say I'm totally impressed by the kindness, compassion and support I've seen people demonstrate. This place can definitely restore someones faith in humanity! Now, a question for the resident experts.......I eat The Grainery Oatmeal most mornings for breakfast, the serving size says 1/2 cup. Is that measurement cooked or dry? I love the stuff, but don't wanna overdo it.

It's a dry measurement - as are most cereals, pastas and the like.0

it's dry, and you really should weigh it instead of measuring. This video will open your eyes as to why... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVjWPclrWVY0
