Exercise calories

I usually swim, but I just started the 30 Day Shred aswell - can anyone tell me how I add the calories burnt during the Shred? Or is it not worth tracking?

    Use the 'circuit training, general' listing to log 30DS. It's actually a pretty close estimate in my experience. Definitely worth logging - you'll probably get at least 200.
