    You haven't a clue about low / controlled carb lifestyles. Most people that embark on that journey find they are eating far more vegetables and fruits than they ever have because they ditch the processed, manufactured foods.

    Low carb dieters are encouraged to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I don't know where you've ever gotten that idea. Probably because you think anyone that eats meat ONLY eats meat. Low carbers are encouraged to eat less pointless starch, like in grains.

    The one thing I do like about the Paleo meal plan is there is a lot of vegetable I can eat. There is a dish I eat that is mostly cabbage with beef to add protein to it.

    Yea, a lot of these plans allow some vegetables, to their credit. Cabbage is really good stuff!
