TDEE/Calories/Vivofit - Confusion

I have started using a Vivofit instead of a Fitbit product and seem to be totally confusing myself reading lots of posts, these posts are probably very helpful but I am now baffled.
In simplistic terms to manually enter the calories my Vivofit shows I have burned off during the day what do I need to do?
My Fitbit used to create a calorie deficit automatically so I didn't have to think about this before.

MFP is based on net calories, so any workout you do, you need to eat those calories back to meet your goal.
You can still used MFP and use the TDEE model, as it has your exercise based into your goals, and you just eat whatever calories you've worked out.
Just find what works better for you, and stick to it!0
