Fried rice or fried noodles?

Hey everyone, just a quick question.

It's my friend's birthday tonight so we're having a movie and takeaway with some other girls.
I want to know if it's healthier to order fried rice or noodles along with a main? Obviously I'm not counting the calories but since I'm not fussed other which one I'd like to get the better one :-) I'll probably get it with chicken in.

And I haven't had a chinese takeout for over 3 months so I'm going to enjoy it! Haha. Thanks guys!

    Did you look them up on MFP? Just to get estimates. It also really depends on the dish...the other ingredients in them.

    Why not just eat what you want to eat and have a good night :)

    Just make sure you are in your goal the next few days to make up for it!

    i would take fried rice, but chicken chow mien is not bad at all… thats my choice when i order and don't want to go over much. i would worry more about not getting fried chicken or fatty sauces...

    *groan* I had to read this when I was hungry, didn't I? If it were me, I'd just enjoy whatever I wanted in moderation, & make sure my next couple days' eating/exercise goals were on target. Enjoy your dinner!
