Bizzare loss...

I've been stuck at the same ish weight for about six weeks. Weekend was wine but exercise heavy and food was healthy.

Mon and Tues I over ate. Not to put me over my non diet allowance much, if any, but over my deficit cals.

And I've lost 2lb!!!

Am back on the wagon. Actually not eaten all all today due to almost migraine making me feel sick. May try some soup or dry toast later, but totally lacking hunger!!

Just feel the loss is awfully odd! Am pleased, yet amazed...

    What you ate on Monday and Tuesday will not effect your weight on Wednesday (except for water retention due to sodium and weight still in your bowel/bladder). Its too soon - your body wouldn't have time to convert surplus to fat, or burn fat if in deficit.

    Weight loss is not linear! I don't lose for 2 weeks, then lose 2lbs in one go, and then don't lose for a few more weeks. That doesn't mean that all the food and exercise I did in those 2 weeks is not counting towards anything

    It takes time for the body to process/burn fat - it doesn't happen overnight.
