Would love to have friends on this journey

Yesterday I started my journey to weight loss. I have been overweight since 1999 and the time to stop is now. I joined a gym and went yesterday and I bore very quickly. Hopefully this changes as I start seeing results. Having friends to encourage me along the way and who are on the same weight loss path as me would be great. So feel free to add me as a friend and I will be there to encourage you as well.

    It gets way easier once you get used to this lifestyle. Figure out what workouts and diet work for you. It takes time, so be patient and persistent, but most importantly, DON'T GIVE UP!
