I'm not eating enough? Questions about the journal.

Hi Gang,
So I've been logging my exercise and food in the food journal. At the end of the day i'm always coming up under calories. I don't want to keep eating, but I know you need to in order to stay out of starvation mode. I'm curious to know how accurate the numbers are and if i'm safe to stay a little under. My other question is that when i'm done for the day it tells me that if I continue to eat the same way i'll be roughly 115 in 5 weeks. As great as that sounds i'm not sure there's any truth to that. Any thoughts/ suggestions?
Thanks.

Starvation mode is a myth.
With that said ... EAT MORE!
You should not be netting under 1200 calories. Especially if you are working out.
& don't matter what the thing says ... you will weigh this by this ... all body's are different.
Just start eating more, but still at a deficit and let time tell what you weigh.
115 lbs is light .... how much do you weigh now? You might not need to lose weight.0 -
thanks for responding. i'm 5'3 at 126lbs. my goal is 120. I've lost a lot of weight in the past so I just really need to tone up, but I have some flabby areas I want to get rid of.0
