Salsa

A lot of people love salsa and the salsa that my boyfriend (and myself now) make is a big hit EVERYWHERE I bring it. Here's my recipe for it and it's SO easy :D

10 peppers (I use 5 jalapeno, 3 serrano, 1 habanero, 2 mini sweet. We have used 10 jalapenos, we've used a mix of everything. Make sure your base is at least 5 jalapenos and then mix and match from there)
1 large can of whole peeled tomatoes (28 oz for a large batch)
3 tbsp of Minced Garlic

Destem the peppers (just pull off the stems). Boil the peppers for around 10 minutes (or until you can smell that awesome heat). Throw all the ingredients into the blender after peppers are cooked. That's it. That makes around 100-200 servings of one 1 tsp each serving and it's 3 calories a serving. I really wanted to share this awesome recipe. I'm working on possibly doing this with non canned tomatoes in the future, but this definitely works for now :D
