I haven't measured my inches....maybe I should start. That seems frustrating, so you haven't changed pants sizes at all?

exercise to tone up and you will feel it in your clothes; take a brisk 45 minute walk at lunchtime 3 times a week and while giving yourself an opportunity to get away from your environment and come back feeling envigorated, you will notice a difference after 3/4 weeks and you'll want to keep it up

I would try incorporting more strength training to encourage muscle growth which will take up less space than fat. In that case you stay the same weight but end up shrinking so maintain cardio as well.

Yeah, I agree - You probably need to strength train if you aren't already doing so. Muscle is way leaner than fat! Plus, it increases your metabolism big time!!! Good luck!

    as per previous post

This is my typical workout week

    mon: 10 warmup
    40 minute 4 mile run

tues: anywhere from 30min-60 brisk walk up and down hill

    wednesday: 15 min calistentics
    40 minute 4 mile run

thursday: 60 minute brisk walk (4mph)
    20 min bike ride

    Friday: push ups
    sit ups
    2 mile run

Any ideas for training, I don't want to lift weights because I tend to get thicker....
