Hello & thank you for responding to this before you do, your support is greatly appreciated.
I am 6'5 310 lbs. I workout 4-5 times a week including HIIT training, jogging, basketball & weight lifting. I am looking for the right amount of calories to intake daily.. right now I am @ 2100 calories.. and my body is not responding.. I lost 10lbs in about 2 weeks and now I cant seem to lose another pound! I am trying to lose weight fast (who isnt) & I eat pretty damn healthy! I am just looking for some guidance here... I am obviously taking in less than my BMR (2500 calories)... Help!

First thing first...losing weight fast is not going to happen, not that it hasn't but those are unsuccessful stories. Keep at this for another couple of weeks if all else fails maybe try 2000 calories a day or up it another 100. Play around but still keep to it and the rewards will show.0

I'm assuming you mean your TDEE is 2500, right? You might want to take another look at that calculation, especially since you've lost 10 pounds, and seem to be highly active.
The general rule is to recalculate after every 5 pounds, or so scooby's calculator tells me

You aren't eating enough. Your BMR is 2340 calories. Your TDEE is 3320 calories.
For fat loss at 15% (suggested), you should eat 2822 calories.

You can also find what your body needs for carb, protein, and fat intake on that site as well.0 -
