    My sugar-free jello at the end of the day. It's my reward for eating well and working out hard. It's only 10 calories and 0 carbs, plus 1 gram of protein. I smile so big when I have it, it's silly. My kids say that it's cute. They're good kids, very encouraging.

    lol I don't live near one unfortunately.

    A few other things that makes me soooo happy: clean sheets.. oh man.. a warm towel after a shower......... a hot bath for sore muscles..........
