I am having the hardest time sticking to my healthy eating because of my cravings. I absolutely love cheese and beef. Any clue what to do to keep myself from caving?

Peanut butter. FRUIT! Oatmeal+milk+cacao powder. SMOOTHIES. Damn they are so tasty!0

Make room for them in your daily or weekly menu. Have smaller portions, add a bunch of veggies & log it all. I eat the things I crave, in careful moderation.0

Eat "healthy" (whatever that word means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.
