Was there any effect? How many lbs. did you lose? I just started 3 days ago, I guess I just need motivation. Thanks!

I haven't finished Insanity, but I'm on week 6 in the second half. This will be the 3 third time I've started... Yes I had to stop a couple times, but that was because life got in the way.... But I keep going back to Insanity!
You want motivation? I'm down 7 lbs, and have lost 3 inches from my waist, and 1 inch off my hips. It's only one inch off the hips, but I've had 43 inch hips for 2 years straight (including when I did insanity before), and that one inch drop is motivating by itself!! I was actually able to keep up with the 60 minute circuit this morning. And I still have 3.5 weeks to go
I have hypothyroidism as well. So it's even tougher to loose weight for me. I'm not following the eating plan, but I am making healthy choices, and Insanity has been the one workout program that has ever given me results. I have the calendar on the wall, and I mark off the days as I finish the workouts. Keep going, even on days you think you can't do this, and it isn't worth hitting the play button. Figure out your "why", and you'll be able to make it thru any how. It's worth the pain! just dig deeper and get it done!!0 -
I did it last year. Very tough to do. I also didnt follow the nutrtion guide but made good choices. I lost several pant sizes and inches. You will definitely feel a whole lot better within the second week. I myself fell off after that, but am now back on my journey. I do kettle bell workouts and love it!! Going strong almost 3 months now. Good luck!!! And dont give up.0

Thanks for the sharing! It is soo tough. I've done the p90x. Its not that hard as insanity. My body is aching all over and before I start, do I have to do this? I get mad at myself too, but hey... if you start.. why stop? I already suiciding myself haha.0

I have completed it 11 months ago. I lost 45lbs, however, I gained it all back because after I completed it I needed to try something else. I lost my motivation, the food and the videos became boring.0
