should I lower my calories?

I have been eating 1600-1900 when I should be eating 1250. I'm 5'0 and weigh 116. I haven't gained but am not losing either. In fact, my belly is an inch bigger! :sad: should I lower my calories? I was eating 1250 a month ago but always felt hungry even though I could control my cravings more then than now.

    How about finding a happy medium? Say, 14-1500?

    I would echo the 1400-1500 suggestion. Sounds like 1900 is your maintenance.
    Either that, or up your activity.
