I'm here because a friend recommended myfitness.pal and so far I love it. I want to lose 85 lbs. Let me tell you - I need all the help I can get. Not because I'm not trying, but because I've been trying and NOTHING is happening in the weight loss department.

This is all so weird because I lost weight easily last year, losing 15 lbs between September & December eating the same way I've been eating all along including now. Then, last December I joined a fitness club. I go a minimum of 4 times a week, which includes the two sessions a week with my trainer. I walk briskly on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then it's weight/strength training for 30 minutes (with &/or without trainer). I have watched what I eat carefully though it's only today I'm starting to log it all down due to myfitnesspal. Anyway, I've been doing the exercise and careful eating since December and have not lost another freakn' ounce!

Everyone says it's because I'm putting on muscle and that I'm losing fat, but my size hasn't changed at all in three and a half months. I mean, wouldn't you freak too? Mind - I have been shocked how much my lazy *kitten* LOVES working out. Really - it's fun. Admit I don't like walking but I do it, but the weight training makes me feel so accomplished. My tiny chicken wing arms are getting stronger every week. My mighty legs are awesome. I have stamina. My fat *kitten*? Still FAT! Anyone else having an 'immoveable' fat problem? I'd love to hear all about it.
