Help transitioning to steady running

Thanks for the help everyone I decided to try the couch to 5 K again today I decided to start at week 5 and the 3rd work out, it is 5min warm up 20min run and 5 min cool down. Well I slowed my speed down and ran the whole 20 mins and kept running for an extra 10mins after it. I ran a total of 30mins straight with no walks. I am feeling very proud of myself right now. The best part is the last 10mins I speed up my running to my normal pace of 6mph and still was able to keep going.
