Please look at my diary

If someone can take a look at my diary and offer any changes suggestions. I will admit I have only started logging again the last week and half and forget most weekends. Does it look okay so far ? I am comfortable with slow and steady weight loss. However lately so worried everyday I am eating too little or too much or the wrong thing just don't want to get stuck in stall. I lost 15 punds on mfp and kept off for 2 years. Trying to lose 10 or 15 pounds. Note, don't have hrm so I am at mercy of the mfp exercise calculator, which is one of the reasons I am so afraid if my calories for day are accurate after exercise.
