Hello there. My name is Violet.
So I have never officially Introduced myself. I have had MFP for over a year but stopped using it and now I am back. I have finally made a commitment to reach my health and fitness goals. I would love some new friends and I would love to get support and motivation! Lets enjoy the journey to become a more fit and healthier person!

Any tips, suggestions or advice is welcomed. We are here to change, inspire and succeed!!
