I have been struggling with my weight all my life. last year almost to the day I found out I had blood clots in my brain after surgery I decided I really have to lose weight. at that point I was over 320 pounds. by December January this year I have lost over 100 #s but now I am STUCK and I have been for over a month no matter what I do cutting my calories, exercising , I'm stuck. I am now 20 pounds from my next goal and it is killing me to see that number stop there on the scale. I just want to cry.

you have done so well and should be proud of yourself. at this point the losses may slow down to about a .5/1 pound a week. u need to weigh snd track everything more carefully than u did in the past. good luck x0

you have done so well so far! its always a slow process, just start slow one day at a time, one meal at a time, and one nice long relaxing walk at a time, it will happen
MFP is a great support network, we will help you
best of luck x0 -
Well, my guess is that you aren't eating enough, but I have no idea because I can't see your nutrition log. Try eating above your BMR for two weeks and see if that helps.0

Fitst of all, congratulations on losing over 100 lbs! That is incredible!
I would ask, are you eating enough? As someone gets more fit, their metabolism can increase, making what you were losing weight with before not enough. I had this happen to me when I got under 10% body fat. I was losing 2-3 lbs/week eating 1800 cal/day and exercising 6 days/week (mix of cardio, yoga, intervals, and a lot of strength training). When I got below 10% body fay, I plateaued. I broke it by increasing my calories to 2000/day. Boom, the scale starting moving again.
Also, how are you exercising? Maybe it's time for a change.
Check out this blog a buddy of mine wrote on this subject, and let me know if you have any questions.
