c25k before breakfast

This morning I got up at 7 am, did my 20 min of yoga, and then went out for the day 2, week 5 run in the c25k program, all before having anything to eat (only lots of water). As a person who has never been running before I have been dreading this week a lot, especially day 4 and 6, but the postponed breakfast really helped! I did the run with an average speed of 8 km/h, and felt light and full of energy! I'm definitely going to do this before the 2 mile run on Saturday as well, and I can only recommend other try it too, but have the breakfast ready for when you get back :)
