Well this is about the 5th time that I am getting on a diet. I lose about 20 to 30 pounds when I put my mind to it but never keep it off, I get into the "oh I can do it again who cares". I have a good system like if I want to go out at night and have a few beers and some bad food I have to do more workout for that day. The problem is I know I can do it and then I do it. I'm like a bad Nike commercial. Oh well found this site so I am posting my stuff on it and that's a big help. Tonight is a German Unification Party at the embassy so that means a few beers and food. Will get it right one day the good thing is I am retired and find more me time which is great. See you on the running path!

Welcome back to the wagon! My only recommendation is to set a limit before you get to your party tonight on what you will consume. It's always better to have a plan than to go in and wing it. Same thing with your food on a daily basis. If you take a little time and set up a schedule, it makes life a lot easier. At least, that's worked for me. I wish you luck!

Well I didn't do as bad as I thought I would do last night so I am OK with that. The good news is that the next time I have an outing isn't till October 15, 16 and 17 on a white water raft trip in WV and that will require some physical workout and the beer will only be at night. Until then it will be working oout every day and eating right and under the calorie limit. See you on the trail!
