How many calories?

I am looking for some advice....

Currently weigh 10st 3lb and looking to get down 1 stone....
How many calories do you think I should eat per day?

    Type your details into mfp. Pick .5 pound weightloss a week (as you have a small amount to lose) and MFP will give you a calorie goal. Make sure you eat a proportion of your exercise calories back and you'll lose weight. It will be slow due to the relatively small amount you have to lose. Good luck

    I find the MFP recommendations to be pretty good. I wouldn't try more than 1lb a week but if you throw in some exercise you won't see too drastic a cut in calories.
