From Flab to Fab - 110 days to 30

So, I am back here. I started again on the 1st April, with the snappily named "from flab to fab" in 110 days.

Last year, was a crazy year with lots of change, resulting in me both being at my skinniest (and unhappy) as well as largest (but happy). Since the beginning of 2014, I had made serious inroads into being healthy and visiting the gym 3-4 times a week. But then mid-February happened.

Since then, I've been on holiday (skiing), every weekend visiting family, and attempting to move house. All of this has resulted in absolutely zero attention to a healthy diet, nor any time to visit the gym. Too many calories, not enough exercise = weight gain.

So, the last 2 weeks of March were written off with the house move. I decided not to watch what I ate (but not pig out either) and come to peace with not going to the gym. Then, from the 1st April, I was (am!) eating healthy again, and on the 10th I am going to get a training program which will hopefully see me tone up in 100 days.

I am more determined than ever to make this one work. I have to. It's my 30th, and I want to look my best!
