Hey MFP


Adam here, I'm a 32 year old male from Canada
Been logging for 45+ days now. I log everything, including my daily chocolate, and snacks.
I use a food scale, and measuring cups, unless I eat out, then I hope they have nutritional value, or i over guesstimate.
This has been working very well for me.
I try to be active everyday for at least part of it.

Looking for more friends on here to motivate me, and for me to motivate.

I am looking for open diaries.
I want to know what you eat, so i can add in new foods, and/or different ways to make the foods i do eat.
I would love to have some MFP friends who are at maintainance and some who are bulking, I want to see and learn from every angle.
