Newbie from New England

Joined a few days ago. Feeling motivated...hope to keep that motivated feeling. I think the encouragement from this site will help. I love the way the food journal breaks down protein/sugar/sodium etc. Seeing where I need to cut back and where I need to amp up is very helpful to me. One thing I've noticed is that I'm eating too much sugar. I am trying to cut all artificial sweeteners out of my diet too. Any suggestions on cutting down sugars? I don't drink soda, I don't add sugar to my coffee.
