Just saying hello :)
Im 44, have 4 children (youngest 10months) and a sedentry job. I was always overweight as a teenager but my weight hasnt been too bad as an adult. I need to shift the last bit of baby weight and need the discipline of something like myfitnesspal. I started running in December which has made me much fitter but no weight loss!! I am running 10k for charity in July...apparently 1 stone = 1min per mile and I would really like to not be last so here goes...
