How much do you drink a day, and what all do you drink?

I drink a gallon of water daily (sometimes more). A cup of fat free skim milk most days and usually with protein powder. And a cup of hot tea (herbal) usually in the evening.

Rarely drink any soft drinks, but if I do its a diet Pepsi. Rarely meaning never over once a week, more like once a month.

    Water, tea in excess of 2 l. Almond milk (unsweetened) for smoothies or oatmeal. No alcohol or other drinks. Boring...I know!

    I drink coffee every morning, and I drink a 31 ounce cup of green Tea and or water 2 or 3 times a day. I try to finish 1 31 ounce cup on the way to work and 1 before bed. the others worked in between during the day. I also drink wine. I had 2- 4 ounce glasses last night (fit into my goal)
    Tonight I am meeting friends for dinner so I added in my skinny margartita'(s) into my plan.

    I rarely every drink soda's. IF I do, it is a sprite about once a month. I drink milk very rarely like maybe a few tims every 3 months.

    I dont really count my water to a T, but I drink like 8-12 cups a day.

    1 cup of almond milk in my protein shake.

    Sometimes a diet coke or diet v8 splash to give me some flavor.
