Hello all,

I began using (really using) this site a few days ago. I have started the Intermittent Fasting plan that Michael Mosley's book is about. I am fasting Mondays and Thursdays. So far, so good.

I am 47 and weighed 207.5 LBs on Monday morning. On my fasting days I am consuming up to 500 calls. I've been eating 2 hard boiled eggs with tabasco sauce and a cup of coffee with a tiny bit of half and half. Dinner is a little grilled chicken with steamed broccoli.

I love tracking my daily weight and nutrition regardless whether I am fasting or not.
