how many calroies should i eat?

I am currently 270 with a bmi of over 30..

My plan is to do a 5 day split with 1 to 2 compound exercises each day folowing a 5x5 type workout and to run 20 min (11 min mile) 3 days and walk 60 min (15 min mile) 3 days a week.

HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD I EAT? i want to lose fat, a little weight and put on some muscle!

I know there is no easy way to determine how many calories, just need a push in the right direction.

By looking around on the web it says approximately 4,000? The problen i have is A) most of these guy are already build and B) the example they use is for a 170ib guy tying to get big.

I feel thats like me saying i going to swim every day, so ill eat 10,000 calories like Michael Phelps does! (yes he does eat 10,000 calories)
