If you are not looking for optimal stage-worthy results, then a peanut butter tub isn't that far fetched. As long as you keep your macros in check you will see great results no matter what you eat. Browse around, see what cheap foods you usually buy and categorize them into high protein, high fat, and high carb, then be creative and mix them in a way that guarantees you to hit your macro targets.0
