Leisurely swimming

So I took the plunge and went swimming for the first time in over a year today. However what constitutes a leisurely swim. As after a few lengths I stopped to talk to my friend, however I never stopped moving (not quite treading water but deffo kicking legs or waving arms). So does that include into the counter or should I just focus on the length I was actually swimming lengths?

Don't over think it. Just enter the amount of time that feels right and move on0

I wondered the same thing when I took my daughter swimming the other day. As much as I wanted to add it to my exercise report, I figured it would be difficult to try to figure out.
However, if you wanted to add it to your exercise, I would say a calorie a minute wouldn't be unheard of. So if you did it for an hour, you probably burnt at least 60 calories. Not a lot, but it's something.0
