help me log my gravy!

i didnt make it, otherwise i would have this info.
from roast beef. it's considered a milk gravy.
drain drippings from roast beef pan, rinse pan to get more drippings.
add water to pot of drippings to make the amount of gravy desired (usually use a 3qt pot)
bring to a boil, skim most of the fat off the top.
add about 2 tbsp flour and 2 oz milk that have been shaken together.
cook till thick and wonderful.
HOW on earth do i find the calorie count on this? it's more of a technique than a recipe. we use the same way to make chicken and turkey gravy too.
