Ladies, need some help! :)

I need to find a good sports bra for running and am looking for some suggestions on brand. Need something comfortable and supportive (32DDD). Any advice would be great!

Seperate cups work better for larger cup sizes...also I wear two sizes smaller in a sports bra (kind of scared what to think when I get so small I won't be able to!) the band shouldn't come up more than two inches when using one finger to pull away from the body (it should be annoying to wear for several hours) and make sure to jump test them out prior to purchase! I just read an article about this by fitness magazine, perhaps they still have it posted on thier page. Good luck!

I've heard Enell makes a good one. But you'll feel really strapped in. Which is good I guess if you want minimal motion.
For that kind of support, find sport bras that clasp in the front.

At my largest i iwas a 34DD I wore under armor bras. I had one racer back style and one that zipped in the front and they both worked wonderfully. Like the previous poster I wore a few sizes smaller in these bras than my normal bras so you should have no problems trying a size. Highly recommended!

I love my under armour! Nothing moves when you have that baby on! =)

I'm a 34 DDD - so I get it. Nothing makes me wince more than when I see a large-cheated runner with her breasts flopping up and down - OUCH!

As one of the pp said, you definitely need separate cups and make sure the band is tight.

I've had luck at Kohl's, ****'s Sporting Goods and Sierra Trading Post. The bras are definitely not as pretty as what smaller-breasted women can wear, but it's worth it for the comfort.

Panache sports bras. Expensive but worth it.

    Under Armor.

I haven't tried it, but Victoria's Secret makes one that is a regular bra underneath and a front zip sports bra over top. It's supposed to be for well-endowed ladies.

I'd also have to agree with this one.
I also happen to wear a shirt as tight as possible on top of that, for more firmness.

absolutely make sure you get one that has regular bra sizes. Any bra that is sized 'sm, med, lg, etc' will not be sufficient.

I love my Under Armour bras, but I agree to go with a size smaller than usual and check the labels. Most of them will say what sort of Impact they are built for....always get HIGH if you plan on running....I don't even know what the low impacts are for...sleeping? I hate when my boobs bounce when I'm exercising!

I prefer Maia by Moving Comfort. 34DD.
