daily calorie goal

Here is my dilemma. I've been on MFP for 4 weeks now. I've been doing good sticking within the calories MFP set for me. Here comes my problem. I have also been seeing a nutritionist and did metabolic testing to see where I actually am for calories.
The nutritionist came back with about 400 calories more per day that I can eat than MFP. How do I change my calories on MFP? For me it's a mind thing, I need to see the actual numbers because then I know if I'm on target or not.
Hopefully someone has some idea of what I am talking about. Thanks for any input.

Are you sure the 400 difference isn't just the exercise calories MFP expects you to log and then eat?
Remember that MFP intends you to eat your daily goal plus any exercise calories you log.
Was your nutritionist just telling you to eat the same amount daily whether you exercise or not?0
