liftibg for a month but no inches lost! :(

I've been doing stronglifts for a month and haven't lost any inches. In fact I went up 1! It really discourages me that others I've read have seen results in a month and I haven't.

    Are you weighing everything you eat and logging accurately? If yes, are you in a deficit. Not program will see inches lost if you're not eating in a deficit. Also, your muscle could've been retaining water when you measure the second time, depending on when after your last lifting session you measured, and, for many, it takes more than a month after starting a new program to see a loss.
