Vitamin question

Can anyone please advise me when is the best time to take vitamins? Specifically, morning or at bedtime. Before or after a meal? I currently take a centrum mulivite and calcium/vit d combo. I also take vit b12 drops sublingually top of the morning for energy. Also any ideas on additional suppliments? Thanks in advance to all who reply :happy:

    I usually take my vitamins right after breakfast. Did try on evenings but I could not sleep good because vitamins usually gives me energy.

    With a meal for sure, whichever one you prefer really
