Maybe. If somebody has a lot of weight to lose, it is possible to lose a significant amount in one month (in a healthy way) versus somebody who is on their last 10 pounds. However, I do not think that is the answer you want to hear, considering you are attempting weight loss in a dangerous way. (based on your previous posts)

5 pounds a week is VERY ambitious and not healthy unless you have a huge amount of weight to lose.

I've lost 16lb in 3 months so yeah.
  • Are you considering a massive full body tuck, or having a child??
If you answered yes, then yes to your question!

I'm about to have a baby in June. I'm sure I'll lose 20lbs that month. Other than that nope.

Only my first month and that was because I started out quite large and I would say half of that alone would have been water weight. After that slow and steady!
