I BOUGHT A KROGER SELF-RISING MEAT PIZZA FOR DINNER THIS EVENING. I HAD TWO SLICES BUT, DID NOT EAT THE BREAD. ALL I ATE WAS THE PEPPERONI, SAUSAGE, SAUCE, CHEESE. IT EQUALED ABOUT FOUR BITES. HOW WOULD I FIGURE THE NUTRITIONAL INFO?
THANKS,
JOY

I would look up what "pizza dough" has on it's label -- or look at the pizza dough next time you're in the grocery store, And then take the calories from the Kroger pizza label and subtract what you got from the dough label. Make sense? It should be a good "guesstimate."

    Hope this helps.

GOOD IDEA! I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT. I DID LOOK UP THE PIZZA SAUCE BUT THAT IS AS FAR AS I GOT. LOL.
