I need your judgement!

Yes, you can judge someone now. Lol, well please anyone look at my food diary and see if there is anything I am doing wrong now? Or am I doing it right? I am just starting to do dieting in a healthy way by eating right and not putting body into starvation mode.

My initial judgment is fail, due to closed diary. But you look cool, so there's that.

You need to adjust your privacy settings. Currently your diary is closed so we can't make any comments about it. :flowerforyou:

    I NEED HELP !!
Please feel free to look at my diary and tell me what I am doing wrong !
I started working out jan 10th 2014 we are now in April 2014 I have only lost 2 pounds !!
I do see more muscle and have lost an over all total of
8 -10 inches off my entire body but the weights just not coming off .
I stay in my calorie range as much as possible . Between 1,200-1,300 sometimes a little over depending on my workouts .
I work out 5 days a week I might skip a day if I'm really not feeling well .
I do lack entering foods on weekends but I still keep an eye on what I'm eating .
I eat fast food a lot since I'm out a lot but I eat in moderation for example I'll have a bottle of water a mcchicken no bread and no sauces just the chicken and lettuce only.
I'm working on my water intake but overall water is the only thing I drink besides plain sugarless iced coffee or a pre workout.
I am healthy no health issues but vitamin d deficiency which I have been taking vitamins for .

Any suggestions I'm willing to hear all your opinions anything could help .

    Thanks in advance .:)

I just had a chance to glance ago today, but the Publix Apple, Cheese, and Walnut salad? That entry looks way off to me.

    Here is some helpful info:

    What is BMR?
Your basal metabolic rate, or BMR, is the minimum calorific requirement needed to sustain life in a resting individual. It can be looked at as being the amount of energy (measured in calories) expended by the body to remain in bed all day.

    What is TDEE?
TDEE is the common abbreviation for Total Daily Energy Expenditure which is a metric to calculate the amount of calories your body needs to function in a day. This is quite similar to BMR but your TDEE accounts for your average daily activity as well to give a figure truer to your specific situation. Basically, the TDEE calculation relies on categorizing your daily activity into one of the metrics' groupings:

Sedentary - desk job and little to no exercise
    Lightly Active - light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk
    Moderately Active - moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk
    Very Active - hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk
Extremely Active - hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or training

Once you determine your TDEE calories, you simply subtract anywhere from 10%-25%, where 25% is the extreme, and the results will be your daily amount of calories you should eat. Maximize your daily calorie amount by eating a variety of foods. Exercise and water will enhance your weight loss efforts.

TDEE adds exercise calories beforehand. MFP adds them afterwards

Here is a site to calculate your TDEE: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

    Example:

    TDEE = 2000 calories per day reduced by 20% (2000 x .80) = 1600 as the daily calorie limit.

    Good Luck!

110 pounds does not seem like a reasonable goal weight for someone who is 5'5 /:

I made it 110, so after dieting me and boyfriend agreed to buffet as a reward. Then I know the water weight goes back, so i'll still be in an under 120 range. Then i'll work harder to tone and gain muscles. :)

Hi -- I looked at your last few entries. While you might be okay on calorie count, I would recommend watching what kind of calories you are eating.

It seems like you might want to add a lot more fresh veggies (not just salads -- kale, cabbage, broccoli, spinach) as well as whole grains (whole wheat, farro, oats, bulgur, etc).

Need to consider nutrients in addition to calories.
