New today....tired of yoyoing weight loss

Hi Everyone,

I've just joined today. I'm currently 215lbs and would like to learn to eat healthy for life. I've done a few different plans in the past to lose weight, but they usually involved herbs, strict dieting and tons of money! I just need a good support group, good food and exercise.....sounds easy but it's the most difficult thing ever! I would like to lose 60-70lbs, I always have good intentions, but can keep modivated.

I have recently joined a beginners running class, that has help to get me back to the gym. Ironically where I work :) I have joined the mile challenge on here for October, and set a goal for 300 miles.
