Hello all!!! I have been on a weightloss journey for quite some time now. After losing 70 pounds I want to lose another 30 to get me to a total of 100 lbs lost and my dream weight of 150!!!! I could sure use any advice you all can give! I am a Zumba Instructor and I teach 3 regular Zumba classes and 2 Zumba Toning Classes a week. You would think that I would be rail thin...but NOPE!!! My weight has been stuck for quite some time. I decided to start tracking what I eat to see where it is that I am going wrong, so here goes!! Oh and did I say I have the Realize Band too? This really has been a LONG journey!! SO here goes nothing! Tell me your best practices for getting those last few pounds off of you!!!
