Ok, when I started MFP, I put my starting weight as 150 and they gave me a calorie allowance of 1320/day. Pretty sure that was the exact number. Since then I've lost 3 lbs. and now my calorie allowance says 1300/day. But now it's saying it was even for those earlier days and now I'm confused. Was it always 1300 and I just read it wrong. Or just the 3 measly pounds is enough to lower my allowance to 1300?

    That measly 3 pounds might have been enough. Usually you drop every 10 pounds. But you might be close enough to your goal weight that your calories will drop at smaller intervals. But don't worry :smile: you can do it! You also get to eat back your workout calories! (it's great motivation :wink:)
