A 10 day kick start

Hi
I have just over a week off work in a weeks time......
I want to bust my *kitten* in the gym/ exercising in some way and no clue what to do. I am free all day and can spend the entire day being active.

What would you do if you were me? What workout plan can I do for an intense long week of exercise? Thinking a biggest loser-esque week?
