Amazing and filling, Under 400 calorie breakfast

I just had this for dinner acctually so that me and my husband could try it and it is absolutoly amazing.

Here are the ingrediants that we used to make it only 381 calories:
2 slices Sara Lee Bread
1/2 tablespoon Blue Bonet Butter
2 Eggs sunny side up
0.5 cup Great Value Lite Maple Syrup about

This is an amazing meal and I am definatley going to have it for some future breakfasts and I recomend it to all.

    Sounds great, I have never seen Sara Lee Bread is it a special bread like whole grains?

    White bread?? SOOOOOOO bad for you!!! I'd try making it with a healthier whole grain option!!

    These are delish. We always called them "A toad in the hole". Here's why - instead of cutting out a huge center like he does, only pinch out enough for the yoke to pop through and you can flip it in the pan to brown both sides. If you do it right, the yoke ends up popping out of the top side (not the side w/ the white on it) so it looks like a little toad popping his head out of his hole. :laugh: Yeah, it was made up to make us kids eat our breakfast, I'm sure. But, it worked b/c that was our go to breakfast!

    And, just have to comment on the amount of syrup he uses???? Holy Cow!
