trying to think of what to have for breakfast before i finish my coffee is futile some days. LOL
my usual suspects:
frosted flakes
2 egg ham and cheese with tomato omelette
scrambled egg with sausage
fried egg with sausage
sausage egg and cheese english muffin sandwich
sausage, egg, english muffin with jam
oatmeal with an egg on the side
multigrain waffles with peanut butter on them
english muffin with peanut butter, with fruit or an egg, or just coffee
sausage egg and cheese wrap
sometimes i have fruit with it, sometimes i dont. mostly depends on how much time i have to cook in between getting my daughter ready for school, and how brain dead i am LOL. sometimes i dont eat till after i put her on the bus at 9.

Most of this week it's been 2 scrambled eggs with toast, but today it was sausage and egg on an english muffin courtesy of Jimmy Dean. Not my favorite but it's one of those days where I don't have time to do anything but microwave.0

My go-to is 6oz Chobani strawberry yogurt and a slice of peanut butter toast. But today I had a big dollop of plain nonfat Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and a serving of Cracklin Oat Bran cereal. SO YUM.0

I'm having Greek yogurt with granola and a green smoothie. I'm having a lighter breakfast and lunch today because I'm making PIZZA for dinner... Mmmmmmm!0

Crustless spinach quiche with pepper and low-fat cheese on top.
Or, when I'm out of quiche, plain Greek yogurt with fruit or berries and hemp hearts.
Sometimes, and I know this is weird because everyone tells me so: oatmeal, cottage cheese, and ground flax. Although, lately, I've been eating this for dinner, which is probably more weird.
I have also been known to eat soup or salad for breakfast....0 -
Mt. Olive Splenda-sweetened bread-and-butter pickles, Diet Coke.0

Western Omlette - 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, red and green bell pepper, yellow onion, raw mushrooms, tomato, diced hamsteak.
Once I buy the veggies and hamsteak, I go ahead and dice them and store them in separate little ziplock baggies for faster prep in the AM.
I sautee the veggies and hamsteak chunks on the griddle over medium high heat until they are cooked thoroughly, then slide them over to the side and reduce the hit just a bit. I mix the egg mixture in a separate bowl and pour it onto the griddle. When it starts to solidify I move the veggies onto the egg and fold it over and cut the heat and let it finish cooking as the griddle cools. I don't use any butter or oil.
With the preparation done in advance it doesn't take long at all. Because I am frequently on the go, I just wrap it in a large lettuce leaf, or sometimes put it on toast.
If I don't have time for that, I throw an egg into my Pampered Chef stoneware and pop it in the microwave for a minute and slap it on a piece of bread.0 -
My usual week day morning protein is low fat cottage cheese. I have it with fruit or tomato in summer.0

A Starbucks bottled low calorie coffee + milk, lightly sweetened.
Still haven't decided if I want solid breakfast or not as I'm still in bed in my pajamas. My breakfast moods always fluctuate.0
