Hey everyone! This my very first day, I just recently had my 4th baby and am looking to lose the 'baby' weight and get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes. I am also a month into my new career so any tips on how to balance eating while working is greatly appreciated! Thank you! :)

    Congrats on the baby and the job. You are talking it all head on! Buy a good insulated lunch box and pack all your meals and snacks for work. I bought ice packs and pack my meals as well as my water. The other good idea is to get a good base of support that you will find here!! Good luck on your journey.

    Another good tip is to cut up all your vegetables on the weekend or whatever day you have the most time. Then you can premake salads or meals before the week starts and then you have a lot of healthy grab and go meals/snacks. This is a really great site for tracking all of your calories and the more you track them the more you will lose!
