Just starting

Just finished the Advocare 24 day challenge a few days ago and picked up on here where I left off. I'm really going to try to stick to the diet that program laid out for me - which was more frequent, small meals, just less of it...and limiting my junk food / pasta binging at 10 oclock at night...

One of my biggest challenges is late night - especially since I live with my BF, who will easily kill and entire pack (the pack, NOT just the sleeve) of oreos in one sitting every night and not gain a pound, then move on to the ice cream. I've done great as far as keeping the treats I like out of the house, but does anyone have some yummy, healthy snack suggestions? I LOVE apples and peanut butter...but I already eat way too much peanut butter during the day! Like, I killed my second jar in the last two weeks at work yesterday and had to run out to buy another :-(

I love snacks...I was thinking of trying some greek yogurt "ice cream" bars...anyone have any ones they love that are low in sugar? I have a full on inner battle with myself everytime i go in a store NOT to buy 4 bags of jelly beans and shower myself with them in my car in the parking lot...so I think at this point I need to allow myself a healthy alternative on occasion... just not sure what to try!
