Video Workouts: 30 Day Shred or Insanity Workout ?

Hi there!

I just wanted to know if anyone on here has done both Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Shaun T's Insanity Workout?

Which one do you recommend for overall good results? Any experiences you want to share about these?

    I haven't done either but I would recommend Weider's Ruthless instead of Insanity. A lot of folks are comparing Ruthless to Insanity and T25 but it's $110 cheaper. You can get it for $30 from Walmart and do store pickup for free shipping. You can also do a ton of the Jillian's and other free workouts found on Liongates' BeFit channel on YouTube. Ruthless is also on Amazon.
